“ Chef Tito's is a place I'd definitely recommend checking out, though I might steer you away from Sundays. It seems like that might be their off day, or maybe they were just short-staffed when I went. Even so, the folks there were incredibly kind and helpful - seriously, the customer service was fantastic. The owner was super friendly and made it a point to come by and chat, which was a nice touch. He really seemed to care about whether people were enjoying themselves. As for the food, it was good! I can't say it was the most mind-blowing meal I've ever had, but everything was well-prepared and tasty. I'd be curious to go back on a busier night and see if the energy is a bit more lively. Overall, Chef Tito's gets a thumbs up for its friendly atmosphere and solid food. Just maybe pick a night other than Sunday! ”

The Empanadas Colombianas appetizer was a perfect start—crispy, golden shells with a savory, well-seasoned filling that burst with flavor. For the entrees, the Cochinita Pibil was a standout, with tender, slow-cooked pork, rich in spices and tangy citrus notes. The Carnitas Estilo Michoacan were equally delicious—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. A must-visit for lovers of Latin cuisine! It was fantastic. ”

“ Was in KC for a business trip, and I'm always asking for food recommendations and not the kind of food I can get back home (AZ has every chain) I look for real local spots with the honey feel. Today's recommendation hit the nail right on the head. My coworker suggested this as he and his family love this place and because Tito makes everyone feel welcome and remembers and knows everyone! This place is very nicely decorated and set up. The staff is fabulous, and the food.... Ohhhh the food. Hands down some of the best food I've eaten in my entire life. From the cheese dip and the salsa, to the Costa Rican vegetable bowl, to the Chile relleno THE best most flavorful food. Come hungry because the portions are not small and you will not be able to stop eating it. We had the pleasure of meeting Tito and saw first hand his passion for the people in his establishment and for the food they cook and serve. “ I went to this place just to try something different with my girlfriend. When we walked in we were greeted kindly and as to be seated in their outdoor area. We were very surprised at how big, unique and cool the place was. The hospitality continued and the owner came over and asked if we been here. We went with his recommendations and they were both delicious, fish tacos and a shrimp dish with veggies, rice and a small salad (forgive me, I don’t know the name), but were excellent. Then Chef Tito came and talked to us as well, thought it was real cool the owner and Chef personally came out to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Definitely try this place out. ”
